What proof of service do I need for the court?

An Affidavit of Service sworn before a Commissioner of Oaths, Notary, Justice of the Peace, court clerk, etc is the recognized proof the courts require.

Each court has it's own Affidavit of Service for it's jurisdiction. We supply a sworn affidavit that pertains to your court. You can present the affidavit to the clerk at the court house to be filed in with other documents. In Ontario, lawyers have to file all documents pertaining to your case electronically.
