Why Hire a Process Server?

In Ontario anyone can serve a document. If it is a family matter a person involved directly in the matter cannot serve the document. The process of serving a document can become very confrontational very quickly if the party being served knows the person at the door.

It is far better to have a professional Process Server do the work. The Process Server has training and experience in handling these situations. They know how to diffuse an escalating situation and complete the task quickly and efficiently. In our 40 years of serving documents we have only had one case of minor physical confrontation.
